The prosecutor will have to call the arresting officer to testify, which alone may help prompt the deal you’re looking for. We can prepare the motion for you and even conduct the hearing if you would like. Then, armed with the transcript of the officer’s sworn version of the facts, you’ll be ready to negotiate that sweet deal.

DMV Hearings
