In addition to his work with the Santa Barbara DUI Center, Lee McCoy is a professor of law at the Southern California Institute of Law in Santa Barbara and Ventura. Among the classes Mr. McCoy teaches are Criminal Procedure and Appellate Law & Procedure. In 2003 his students voted him Professor of the Year.

Mr. McCoy recently teamed with DMV specialist Carlos Tornes to teach the nation's first-ever law school class on the law of drinking/driving. The links on the left are to the materials for that class.
